Social Responsibility

While respecting that many GreatSoft Team members contribute to charitable causes and projects in their own time, we want to be more actively involved as a business in helping worthy causes in and around the communities in which we live.

We realise that we can create a small spark to help people overcome the little hurdles they face in their lives. Since 2005, GreatSoft team members voluntarily contribute a fixed amount from their salary each month. These contributions are doubled up by the company and awarded to a selected beneficiary at the end of each month.

GreatSoft team members submit proposals identifying individuals or organisations that we can help in our small way. The proposals are assessed each month and a beneficiary is selected by our review panel comprising 3 team members that are selected quarterly to represent the company.

We believe that charity begins at home.
