e-Sec Update 7.03g12 and Report Producer Build 6

I would like to take this opportunity to wish all our clients happy holidays and a merry christmas to those that celebrate the holiday.   This year has been a long and tough one for all of us with the new Companies Act going live back in May, but we are all learning together and getting to know the act better.   We at GreatSoft are very excited about 2012 as we have some great new features and plans for the upcoming year.   These will all be revealed throughout 2012.

e-Sec Report Producer - Build 6 and e-Sec 7.06G12
This new maintenance release consists largely of feature updates and improvements as requested by our clients.
We have added some exciting new features, enhancing the effectiveness of the Report Producer, including eMail support, Share Certificate and Word Documents.

These updates are available for download from the public area of the GreatSoft FTP Site.

1. e-Sec Report Producer Build 6
1.1	New Additions • "Public Interest Score" calculation and document generator added to the Report Tree. • Word Document templates added to the Report Tree. • Added Share Certificate to Reports. • Added Transfer Deed to Reports. • New option added to allow Capitalization of text.   CIP-C forms have very little space to squeeze in all the relevant information.   We cater for this by allowing the text to be capitalized, thus reducing the space needed to print on the reports.  This can be found under Tools | General. • Reports can be viewed via double clicking the report name as well as clicking the Generate button.
1.2	Report Viewer | e-Mail • Added feature to send the current report via email to any contact for the current register.    Please see document included in Report Builder release on how to configure this feature.
1.3	COR 14.1 • Annexure D updated to allow longer address fields. • Annexure D now shows the Registration Number if a CC is a secretary • Register Office Address correctly pulls through. • Number of Directors on Form 14.1 counts all directors as initial directors.
1.4	COR 39 • Resigned Alternate Directors now show on the report. • Designation of Alternate Directors no longer causes an error on some names. • Resized the fields on the report to allow more characters to show. • eMail address's not appear as they are in the database, regardless of whether or not the new "Capitalize text" is checked.
1.5	COR 25 • The Year End date is now displayed based on the latest Date Registered of the Year End
1.6	COR 15.2A • Added report under Form Filler | Memorandum of Incorporation
2. e-Sec 7.06g12
2.1	Maintenance|High Court • Listing shows High Court Code.
2.2	CM 26 • Signatory on the Report is now forced to uppercase.
2.3	CM 27 • Removed reference to the Companies Act to allow usage of the Report.
2.4	Client Maintenance • When creating a new client, cursor moves directly to Client Code field. • When selecting the checkbox "Group Address's", the Business Address now updates.
2.5	Group Maintenance • The Code drop down refreshes after selecting another Officer.
2.6	User Defined Fields • Added 'Hyperlink' to Data Type field, allowing a specific file to be opened at request. • Added 'Folder' to Data Type field, allowing a specific folder to be opened at request.

1.	SQL Script - e-Sec v7.06g12.sql This script must be run on the eData database by your Administrator before you apply this e-Sec update.
